Job Title     : Oracle Fusion AP/AR lead / business transformation consultant

Duration    : 6 months contract 

Location     : Hybrid - Hollywood, Florida (2 days a week)

They are transitioning from Lawson to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. They need someone to help design the future structure of their Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments and support the team through the transition.

We’re looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud AP/AR Transformation Lead with expertise in Organizational Design and Future-State Operating Models. Someone who has specifically helped a company transition from Lawson to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials would be ideal.

This person needs to have deep Oracle Fusion Cloud Payables and Receivables expertise and experience leading the business side of an implementation, partnering closely with accounting leadership.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assessing the current AP/AR organization, processes, and responsibilities.
• Understanding how Oracle’s workflows, automation, and capabilities will change employees’ day-to-day work.
• Designing the future organizational structure, including positions, titles, job descriptions, responsibilities, and reporting relationships.
• Defining process ownership and identifying staffing needs and skill gaps.
• Partnering with accounting leadership, HR, and the implementation team.
• Helping transition employees into the new structure through role mapping, training, and handoffs.

A technical implementation background alone is not enough. We need someone who can connect Oracle’s capabilities to how the AP/AR departments should operate and be staffed. The scope is AP/AR—not GL, budgeting, or FP&A..
