Job DetailsWe're working with an established manufacturing company in Northeast Wisconsin looking for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee facility and maintenance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping the facility, equipment, and building systems running safely, reliably, and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support maintenance personnel, including training, coaching, and workforce planning.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and facility systems.
- Manage preventive maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Coordinate outside contractors and vendors while monitoring scope, quality, schedule, and cost.
- Support facility budgets, capital planning, purchasing, and maintenance records.
- Assist with safety, environmental, regulatory, and emergency preparedness requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall facility performance.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of related maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and controls knowledge
- Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, control circuits, schematics, AC motors, and troubleshooting
- Background in project management, budgeting, vendor management, and capital planning
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
- Associate degree in a mechanical or electrical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide on-call support when needed
