ServiceNow Developer to work
remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in
Washington, DC. An active
Public Trust clearance is required.
Responsibilities: - Develop and support the ServiceNow application.
- Work within ServiceNow, the client's IT Service Management tool.
- Support modules including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), and Request Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications - Work Authorization: ship is required.
- An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
- SME in one or more of the following areas:
- ServiceNow Application Development
- ServiceNow Platform and Architecture Knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow development with knowledge of code best practices.
- Knowledge/experience with functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture.
- Effective liaison leading technical development teams.
- Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices.
- Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups.
- Oral and written communication skills including presenting to management.
- Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies.
- Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc).
- Problem/Risk Management.
- MS Office Suite.
