Lead Consultant Analytics/SAP HANA Consultant

We need a Lead SAP Analytics to deliver SAP Analytics solutions (On-prem/cloud-based/hybrid) and must be hands-on. The role requires both functional and technical expertise to develop SAP Analytics solutions that best address our customers needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data models to support business and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using applicable reporting and visualization tools.
• Analyze and present data and complex information in a clear, actionable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences. Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and project teams through strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
• Manage customer escalations and challenging project situations, ensuring appropriate communication and resolution.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating through appropriate channels when necessary.
• Support project management activities and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Collaborate effectively within a global delivery model and across cross-functional teams.
• Build strong working relationships through proactive communication, collaboration, and networking.
• Develop a strong understanding of Client functionality and continuously expand technical and advisory knowledge.
• Participate in the sales process as a subject matter expert when needed.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, dependability, and a results-focused approach to assigned responsibilities.
• Travel as needed to support client-facing engagements.

Required

• 16+ years: Experience in a similar role.
• 12+ years: Knowledge of business process.
• 12+ years: Strong experience in NATIVE HANA modelling, SQL, ETL, power BI, tableau.
• 15+ years: Ability to provide inputs on best practices for BI and recommend BI Architecture based on customer requirement.
• 15+ years: SAP BI/BW/HANA technical expertise & integration.

Preferred

• 10+ years: SAP and ABAP are preferred.
