Seeking a client-facing Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of client onboarding, connectivity, and systems integration projects within a financial services environment. The role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical coordination, with a strong focus on client implementations, integration solutions, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, business teams, IT teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Gather requirements, define project scope, create project plans, and provide status reporting.
• Coordinate client onboarding activities and implementation of financial products and connectivity solutions.
• Support system integrations involving APIs, file transfers, and connectivity platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical implementation issues and ensure compliance, security, and data integrity.
• Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and drive user adoption.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong Technical Project Management experience in systems implementation, integration, or client onboarding projects.
• Financial services background (banking, payments, treasury, capital markets, etc.).
• Knowledge of APIs, file transfer protocols, connectivity solutions, and integration concepts.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, security, and risk management.
