Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, ensuring all work adheres to established plans and specifications.
2. Lead and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure maximum productivity.
3. Perform regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
4. Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.
5. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems, implementing effective solutions to prevent recurring issues.
7. Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance and repair work.
8. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an electrical foreman or a similar lead electrical role.
3. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and best practices.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
