Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead
Location: Albuquerque, NM 87102
Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days/week
Employment: Contract
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead who can lead an Agile delivery team, provide technical direction, and drive high-quality application delivery.
The individual will work closely with developers, architects, product teams, QA, and operations while contributing directly to solution design and development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software developers and establish coding standards and development best practices.
- Provide hands-on development using .NET/C#.
- Drive technical design and implementation decisions.
- Work with IBM FileNet within enterprise application environments.
- Design and develop POCs to validate technical approaches and reduce delivery risk.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and support team delivery.
- Develop and support applications running on AWS.
- Work with Oracle databases and enterprise data integrations.
- Prepare solution options, technical tradeoffs, and recommendations.
- Present technical solutions to architecture/governance teams and Technical Review Boards.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and operations teams throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on C# / .NET / ASP.NET / .NET Core development experience
- Hands-on IBM FileNet experience
- Strong Oracle / PL/SQL experience
- Strong AWS experience
- Experience with AWS RDS
- Technical Lead or senior development leadership experience
