Executive Assistant & Office Operations

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support leadership while managing day-to-day office operations across our New Jersey and New York offices. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle travel, vendors, and budgeting effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management and coordination
• Manage domestic travel planning and logistics for executives
• Oversee office operations for NJ and NY offices with equal time split
• Handle supply procurement, vendor coordination, and contract follow-ups
• Maintain budgeting trackers and monitor office-related expenses
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning across both locations
