Lead Full stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong leadership capabilities to design, develop, and support modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of programming and systems analysis experience, including at least 2 years in a project or team lead role. This role requires hands-on expertise with Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Angular (11+), along with solid experience building responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern UI/UX technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.

The successful candidate will work extensively with RESTful APIs, data serialization formats (JSON, XML, YAML), and relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL. Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is essential, as is experience using API development and testing tools like Postman and Swagger. Familiarity with React and J2EE/Jakarta EE is preferred. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading development efforts, and delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
