Below are the requirements for Warehouse L2 roles:
Looking for an experienced WMS and Systems Analyst with min 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, and transportation environments.
Specializes in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), providing end-to-end support across receiving, inventory, and shipping operations.
Proven expertise in systems analysis, configuration, and second-level application support, including incident and problem management using ServiceNow.
Strong technical background in SQL using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio/ Toad for Oracle to support data analysis, troubleshooting, and system integrity.
Experienced in client onboarding, user training, process documentation, and multi-site implementations across platforms could be - Blue Yonder, SAP, and Infor.
Recognized for combining technical insight, operational knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure stable operations and successful system adoption.
