Job Details:

Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Clearfield, UT

Duration: 12 months

Basic Qualifications (Talent Acquisition Business Partner):

*) Bachelor s degree and 5 Years of experience.

*) Experience recruiting technical talent across various engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace) or non-technical disciplines (business, production, operations, supply chain).

*) Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold or similar ATS platforms.

*) Ability to obtain a U.S Government clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

*) Currently located and planning to remain within a commutable distance of Clearfield UT, site locations.

*) A strong ability to influence using data and talent market insights.

*) Passion for talent acquisition and staying current on recruiting trends.

*) Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills, both written and verbal.

*) Ability to thrive in ambiguity and matrixed teams.
