Summary

As a Cloud Operations Specialist (AWS / EKS / DevOps) you'll Provide L2/L3/L4 support for AWS and cloud issues.

Location: Remote

Shift: 7 AM 7 PM Central US Time(based on project need)

Duties:

  • Provide L2/L3/L4 support for AWS and cloud issues
  • Troubleshoot EKS (Kubernetes) deployments and configs
  • Fix CI/CD pipeline issues (GitLab)
  • Support Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
  • Handle incident response, escalation, and documentation
  • Manage Control-M jobs and workflows
  • Set up and optimize monitoring (CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace)
  • Perform log analysis (CloudWatch Logs)
  • Support ing and SLO tracking setup
  • Work closely with Dev, DevOps, and Infra teams
  • Participate in incident reviews and share updates with stakeholders

Required:

  • AWS Cloud
  • Kubernetes (EKS)
  • Control-M (job scheduling)
  • GitLab CI/CD
  • Monitoring & Observability tools

Desired:

  • Data Warehousing: Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery
