SAP QA Manager (W2)

Job Description:

·         Manage end-to-end testing activities for SAP applications.

·         Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans.

·         Create detailed test cases aligned with business requirements.

·         Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance, and UAT testing.

·         Conduct testing for SAP PM and other SAP modules.

·         Validate APIs, services, and map layers using manual and automated testing.

·         Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

·         Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ALM, or similar tools.

·         Conduct root cause analysis and manage defect triaging.

·         Ensure compliance with QA standards and utility industry regulations.

·         Provide regular test progress reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.

·         Support test automation initiatives, including API and workflow validation.

·         Have exposure to Tosca or other automation tools.

·         Lead and mentor QA teams (onsite/offshore coordination).

·         Collaborate with developers, business analysts, vendors, and clients for requirement analysis and testing sign-offs.
