Summary

Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term Contract

Shift: Monday to Friday day shift

Responsibilities:

Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation implementation and configuration efforts.
Configure workforce compensation, salary management, individual compensation, and total compensation statements.
Design compensation cycles, eligibility rules, salary basis structures, grade ladders, approval workflows, and security settings.
Support compensation strategy, including job evaluation, market pricing, salary benchmarking, pay equity, and pay transparency analysis.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to inform compensation planning, forecasting, and executive decision-making.

Qualifications:

7+ years of progressive compensation consulting, compensation analysis, or total rewards experience.
Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation solutions.
Strong knowledge of market pricing and salary benchmarking, job evaluation and job architecture, compensation planning and administration, pay equity and pay transparency practices, and compensation budgeting and forecasting.
Experience using compensation survey data from Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry, Radford, Culpepper, Salary.com, or Payscale.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Experience working directly with HR, Finance, and executive leadership teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or PMP certification.
Experience with Workforce Compensation, Salary Management, Individual Compensation, Total Compensation Statements, grade ladder configuration, salary basis configuration, Fast Formula development, HDL Data Loader, HCM Extracts, OTBI reporting, BI Publisher, Redwood Compensation pages, security configuration, approval workflow design, and compensation cycle administration.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or AI-assisted analytics and reporting tools.
