Responsible for facilitating the delivery of strategic, top priority application and integration projects that require interaction with senior management and significant financial investment. Responsible for following waterfall and agile project methodology for technology delivery and ensures outcomes are aligned with the organization's enterprise business strategies, technical architecture, compliance, legal, governance and digital governance points.
Responsible for establishing work priorities for and overseeing the efforts of staff and vendors to achieve project objectives while implementing software solutions. Also, responsible for escalating project issues for resolution and actively communicating to ensure project awareness and engagement from key IT and business senior leadership.
Projects:
1. Client just finished the selection of a new compensation tool, which will need to be pushed into the implementation phase.
2. An existing project with multiple integrations of 3rd party systems and tools.
3. A long-term application integration with a 3rd party software project with an implementation date of June 2026.
It is important that this resource have experience managing all components of application and integration projects including resource allocation, strategy, risk management, financial management, operational change management, training, project hand-offs, stakeholder management and KPI's.
I am looking for a type A driver with excellent communication skills and a history of successful application project management and delivery in large and mid-size companies.

There is a possible contract to hire because the client is building a PMO and will have full-time positions available in the future.
