Role Description:
Overview: As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM). Additionally, you will be involved in technical validation to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the established architecture and standards.

Experience with ServiceNow Product Customer Service Management (CSM) is essential, as well as a solid understanding of Requirements Confirmation processes.
