QA Lead

We are looking for a dedicated QA lead for one of our clients in Atlanta. We're searching for a lead that has life insurance product experience. Inital phase is 6-12 months. Remote based.  

1. Life product experience: General understanding of life product requirements and new product deployments.
2. Program-level QA strategy and leadership: Define integrated test strategies, risk-based coverage and release plans across complex, multi-vendor implementations.
3. Cross-vendor coordination and defect governance: Align vendor QA teams, assign ownership of integration defects, lead triage and escalate unresolved quality risks.
4. End-to-end insurance testing: Oversee validation across the policy lifecycle—from illustration and underwriting through issuance, servicing, financial transactions, claims and termination.
5. Release readiness and risk assessment: Establish entry/exit criteria, assess test evidence and communicate independent, evidence-based launch recommendations to executive leadership.
6. Regression and quality reporting: Drive automation priorities, cross-release regression and readiness dashboards covering critical journeys, regulatory variations and customer-facing controls.
7. QA automation strategy and execution: Define automation priorities, expand automated test coverage, and implement repeatable testing frameworks to improve quality, accelerate regression cycles, and increase release confidence.
