We are seeking a Supplier Development & Crisis Management Specialist with strong experience in supplier performance, supply chain operations, and crisis management.
Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, or Logistics
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
Experience managing supplier performance, delivery issues, and supply chain disruptions
Strong root cause analysis, crisis management, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel as needed
