Summary
Position: Airtable Platform Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+Months with possible extensions
Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Airtable Platform Developer to accelerate the development of the centralized operational management system and own its day-to-day support. The platform supports program planning, delivery tracking, metrics management, resource visibility, financial oversight, and executive reporting. This role will act as the primary builder and support resource, allowing our leadership team to focus on portfolio management strategy and executive engagement.
What You ll Do:
Platform Development (60 70%):
- Design, build, and iterate Airtable solutions (data models, views, interfaces, automations).
- Deliver on a prioritized list of platform capability gaps.
- Conduct demo sessions with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and iterate.
- Maintain high build quality (linked record integrity, formula accuracy, automation reliability).
- Document every feature: purpose, functionality, and maintenance requirements.
Platform Support (20 30%):
- Serve as the first point of contact for daily user support (how-to questions, view issues).
- Manage user access and permission levels.
- Triage and resolve broken automations, sync failures, or view errors.
Training and Onboarding (10%):
- Develop and evangelize short reference guides and screen recordings for common tasks.
- Deliver ad-hoc one-to-one and small group training.
- Support structured onboarding for new user groups.
