The Role
The firm is seeking a Software Engineer to help design, build, and maintain business-critical applications used across multiple teams. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions, improve internal workflows, and contribute to the firm's broader technology initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and enhancing full-stack applications and internal platforms
- Developing scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices
- Creating modern, responsive user interfaces
- Integrating internal and external data sources
- Participating in architecture, design, testing, and deployment activities
- Improving system performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Contributing to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD initiatives
- Working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ideal Background

- Financial services, asset management, capital markets, trading, or investment technology experience is a plus
