Job Title: PLM Release Engineer (Automotive)
Job Location: Foster City, CA (Onsite)

Job Description:

You will work cross functionally with the responsible design engineers to coordinate engineering change management and data release. You will work hands-on in implementation of Dassault Systems 3DX platform, specifically in the Catia and Enovia domains. You will be responsible for validating key attributes of the engineering data release package to ensure high quality output to the wider organization and our external suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Responsible Design Engineers to define, validate, and coordinate the release of System & Subsystem Bill of Materials and associated CAD Specifications and Documents.
• Track and manage in process System & Subsystem Releases and Changes to ensure that they are implemented correctly and on time for new product introduction and for continuing production milestones.
• Participate in development & continuous improvement of robust PLM processes to manage product BoM.

Qualifications:

• Dassault Systems 3DX Catia and Enovia experience is required.
• 3+ years' experience in Engineering/Production environments working in Automotive/Aerospace/Robotics industries is preferred.
• Experience & ability to efficiently complete daily CAD and Drawing Data management practices within an Enterprise PLM Environment.
• Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
