Program Strategist

Location: Jackson, MS

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote.

Project Focus: Intake Enhancement via AI/ML and Pattern of Life Analysis.

Strategic Oversight: Ensure project objectives are satisfied while maintaining alignment with the State's mission of protecting children and reducing resource strain.

Discovery & Leadership: Provide leadership for exploratory interviews and discovery workshops to document current workflows and prioritize systemic shortcomings.

AI/ML Development Guidance: Oversee discussions regarding the new intake process, ensuring the prototype's efficacy is measured by robust, data-driven metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure project buy-in and participation.

Demonstration & Reporting: Oversee conference room demonstrations for state leadership and lead the development of the final project roadmap and comprehensive closing reports.

Governance: Manage project scope, risk mitigation, and budget adherence within an Agile development framework.

Professional Tenure: Minimum 20 years of experience in project management and strategic leadership roles.

AI Product Management: Proven expertise in AI product requirements definition and solution prototype development.

Advanced Analytics: Expert knowledge of Pattern of Life and Geospatial analysis applied to public safety, child welfare, or fraud/program integrity.

Methodologies: Expert-level mastery of Agile, PERT, and Gantt methodologies for managing complex technical developments.

Enterprise Solutions: Deep experience implementing IT enterprise solutions involving advanced data analytics.

Strategy Execution: Proven ability to devise tactics that achieve incremental goals while advancing a long-term organizational strategy.

Education: Masters, MBA, or Executive MBA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Executive Communication: Superior skill in winning stakeholder support and engaging all levels of an organization.

Complex Workshop Leadership: Extensive history of conducting discovery sessions and collaborating on multi-year technology roadmaps.

Risk Management: Skilled in managing high-stakes project risks and delivering transparent, documented results to state officials.
