Summary

Role: iOS Technical Lead

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced iOS Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality native iOS applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to build scalable mobile solutions, guide developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine.

  • Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices using MVVM and Clean Architecture.

  • Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor iOS developers.

  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA, and backend teams to deliver business requirements.

  • Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, Core Data, and cloud services.

  • Ensure application security, performance, stability, and scalability.

  • Implement automated testing using XCTest and manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

  • Use Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions for version control and deployment automation.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmap discussions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional iOS development experience, including 2+ years leading technical teams.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, and async/await.

  • Expertise in MVVM, Clean Architecture, REST APIs, Core Data, and XCTest.

  • Proficiency in Xcode, Git, CI/CD, and mobile application debugging.

  • Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and software engineering best practices.

  • Excellent communication, mentoring, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
