Pay Range: $58- $61/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical configuration of Coupa, including approval workflows, spend controls, and supplier onboarding frameworks.
- Ensure system compliance with SOX controls and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain Technology Managers to translate business processes into effective Coupa configurations.
- Coordinate with SAP and enterprise systems to maintain data integrity and support integration monitoring.
- Manage platform operations, including incident resolution and vendor coordination, while establishing KPIs for transparency.
- Lead implementation and lifecycle management of Coupa, including release testing and impact assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and automate workflows.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years in Source-to-Pay, Procurement Systems, or Finance Technology.
- Hands-on Coupa administration or implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, approval workflows, and supplier lifecycle management.
- Experience working alongside Finance and Procurement stakeholders and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Familiarity with SOX-controlled environments.
- Experience in a product-aligned or triad operating model.
- Exposure to Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Payments) and data governance frameworks.
- Ability to balance project work with operational support.
