Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (SPO)
Location: Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with expertise in Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) to lead implementation, solution design, and platform governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and a deep understanding of SPO module capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define requirements and provide implementation strategy and technical guidance for ServiceNow SPO
- Design and advise on solution architecture and configuration for SPO module
- Drive process improvements and automation within ServiceNow
- Provide integration consulting and support ServiceNow integrations
- Ensure platform governance and assess cross-platform impacts of enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deploy new SPO functionalities
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and ensure module compliance with new releases
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including SPO module
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow ecosystem
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and requirement management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
