Job Title: Epic Patient Access Analyst

Position Summary:
Seeking an Epic Patient Access Analyst with 1–3 years of Epic application experience to support system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, workflow optimization, and implementation across patient access operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Epic applications, including Cadence, Prelude, RTE, Welcome, and Referrals.

• Configure, test, and maintain Epic system enhancements.

• Optimize scheduling, registration, insurance, and eligibility verification workflows.

• Troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, and document workflows.

• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders on implementations and optimization projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Active certification in at least two of the following: Epic Cadence, Prelude, RTE, Welcome, or Referrals.

• 1–3 years of Epic application experience.

• Experience in Epic build, support, testing, or implementation.

• Knowledge of patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and eligibility workflows.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% (one week per month).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Epic certifications, including MyChart.

• Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, workflow optimization, or healthcare consulting.

Certification verification is required.
