🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and grant management
• Perform financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations
• Work closely with program directors, accountants, and controllers
• Manage financial risk assessments and oversight activities

✅ Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Experience with grants management and financial compliance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Government agency experience preferred
• Certification like CFM is a plus
