We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team and technology initiatives for a government client in Atlanta, GA.

Experience : 7+  years

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional IT project activities
• Schedule meetings and maintain project documentation
• Track deliverables, timelines, RAID logs, and project status
• Support requirements gathering, testing, training, and rollout activities
• Communicate effectively with business, technical, and executive teams
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and communication materials

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of Project Management / Project Coordination experience
• Experience managing large-scale programs
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Asana
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred:
• PMP or CAPM Certification
• Government project experience
• Experience implementing large-scale business processes
