Infrastructure Project Manager

Description
The Sr Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from concept through delivery. This role combines strong project management discipline with the technical depth needed to partner effectively with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and operation teams. The ideal candidate excels at planning and execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and driving clarity in highly technical environments.
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, timelines, and success metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional resources including engineering, IT operations, security, operations, and external vendors.
Facilitate program-level governance, steering committees, and executive updates.
Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and conflicts early.
Communicate project status, roadblocks, and decisions clearly to executives and team members.
Drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
Build strong relationships across technical and business units to support project success.
Candidates will work on coordinating planned IT events (e.g. DR exercises, tabletops, etc.), work with vendors and procurements.
Technical Collaboration
Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders; ensure requirements, assumptions, and dependencies are clearly understood.
Assess technical designs, architecture impacts, and implementation plans to ensure feasibility and alignment with organizational standards.
Support solutioning discussions and help remove technical roadblocks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
