Job Description

• Set up and troubleshoot wafer sort operations for various probers for NPI products. Experience with TEL and Opus probers are plus.
• Supporting Product and Test engineering.
• The ability to communicate any issues that are related to wafer sort.
• Have the responsibility of conducting preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate and analyze data for engineering.
• You will trouble shoot issues and provide solutions with engineering and field service.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years' experience wafer probe technology experience.
• Experience and technical education preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Automatic Test Equipment including Advantest 93K, Teradyne UFlex and others.
• Knowledge of other package part test equipment such as Hontech, Seiko Epson and Chroma.
• Experiences in supporting Product and Test engineering. Be able to communicate well on any issues that are related to wafer sort.
• Preventative maintenance of probe cards, sockets.
• Trouble shoot loadboard issues.
• Self-motivated and be able to work with little supervision.
• Practice continuous improvement and team participation.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Be able to push, pull and lift 50lbs.
