Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted learning advisor to customers, helping improve employee skills, technology adoption, and business outcomes.

• Assess customer learning needs and identify skill gaps.

• Develop customized learning strategies using training programs, certifications, workshops, and digital learning resources.

• Align learning initiatives with customer business goals and implementation plans.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and delivery teams.

• Track learning engagement and recommend improvements.

• Present progress, insights, and recommendations during customer reviews and planning meetings.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing learning, enablement, customer success, or consulting programs.

• Experience developing learning strategies aligned with customer business objectives.

• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple programs simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning, IT, or equivalent experience.

Desired Skills

• Account management experience.

• Exposure to learning and development, education, or technology sales.

• Customer adoption and learning program analytics.
