We are seeking a "Civil Project Engineer."

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, from due diligence through project completion. This position is responsible for leading technical efforts, identifying and resolving challenges early, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site development design, including grading, drainage, and utility systems.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Coordinate with engineering, planning, surveying, and design teams to ensure project success.
  • Oversee technical deliverables and provide mentorship to junior engineering staff.
  • Support business development efforts, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.
  • Navigate permitting and approval processes with local agencies and regulatory authorities.
  • Contribute to team development, performance improvement, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
  • 8+ years of land development engineering experience.
  • Experience working on a variety of project types, including private and municipal developments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
