Sr. Business Analyst Job Summary : As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Your expertise in project management and agile methodologies will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes.

Experience : 5 - 9 years

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to guide the execution of business initiatives.

- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, including planning, review, and retrospectives, to ensure agile practices are effectively implemented.

- Oversee the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value and stakeholder input.

- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience through effective business solutions.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology solutions.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Utilize agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.

- Ensure clear communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to achieve project objectives.

- Support the Scrum Master in facilitating agile practices and promoting a culture of collaboration and transparency.

- Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of agile and project management principles.

- Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback for future improvements.

Qualifications -

- Demonstrate proficiency in project management techniques and tools to effectively manage business initiatives.

- Showcase expertise in agile methodologies, particularly in sprint ceremonies and product backlog management.

- Possess strong analytical skills to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

- Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams.

- Have a deep understanding of customer experience principles to drive impactful business solutions.

- Display knowledge of CX-Scrum Master Work Model to support agile practices within the organization.

- Bring experience in hybrid work environments to effectively manage remote and in-office team dynamics
