Job Title: Entry Level AML Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Duration: 12+ months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
About the Role:
Our client, a leading Big Four professional services firm, is hiring Associate Data Analysts to start their careers in AML and transaction monitoring. You ll work with real-world financial data and get hands-on training from an experienced team. No prior analyst experience is needed.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Willingness to work on-site in Orlando, 5 days/week
- Available for full-time, 40 hours/week
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Clear written communication
- Comfortable working with data (Excel or similar)
- Eager to learn; no prior experience required
Day To Day:
- Review and investigate transaction monitoring alerts
- Analyze financial data to spot unusual or suspicious activity
- Document findings clearly and accurately
- Follow AML procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with the team and learn from senior analysts
- Build skills in AML, financial crimes, and data analysis
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $22 to $24 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
