Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Web API Architect to design and lead scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise APIs and microservices. The candidate should have strong experience with REST APIs, API architecture, microservices, cloud, API security, and enterprise integration, with hands-on experience in Java or .NET.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and architect RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Define API standards, architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Lead API development using Java/Spring Boot or .NET/Web API.
Design secure, scalable, and high-performance API solutions.
Integrate APIs with enterprise and third-party applications.
Work with AWS/Azure, CI/CD, and DevOps teams.
Conduct architecture and technical design reviews.
Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams.

Required Skills:

Web API / REST API Architecture
Microservices & Distributed Systems
Java/Spring Boot OR C#/.NET
API Security – OAuth2, JWT
API Gateway / API Management
Cloud – Azure/AWS
CI/CD, Git, DevOps
Swagger/OpenAPI
SQL/NoSQL databases
Strong enterprise integration and architecture experience
Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
