Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-based application components.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and integrate applications with databases, messaging platforms, and enterprise services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams on architecture, code reviews, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9+ years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on experience in Java full-stack development and ReactJS.

Technical Skills
|
Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, REST APIs, Microservices, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Cloud/CI-CD
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Application Development, API Integration, Agile Delivery, Software Architecture, Database Management, DevOps Practices

|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, Azure, API gateways, and enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience developing applications in financial services or other large-scale enterprise environments.
