Job Description
You will be the technical integration lead for the Air Vehicle team in a classified portfolio.
Our team is responsible for delivering technically sound engineering on time and on schedule across a portfolio of programs. You will help ensure lean, schedule-driven execution of the team by assisting with the creation of integrated technical plans. You will coordinate planning, execution, and risk management across a wide range of stakeholders and help ensure that the full scope of engineering tasking is captured in the program baseline.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the primary focal point for air vehicle team planning, you will have a key role in supporting the business activities of a large and diverse engineering organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating planning for the air vehicle engineering team that integrates across the portfolio and achieves desired business and technical outcomes
Ensuring that planning products created by the leaders of the engineering groups meets quality and consistency standards required for efficient and complete execution
Capture emerging Air Vehicle risks and ensuring appropriate planning and earned value products are created and managed in accordance with the risk register
Coordinating proposal response activities across the portfolio as a representative of the Air Vehicle team
Coordinating key subcontract milestones and ensuring integration of the Global Supply Chain major systems buying team with Air Vehicle engineering

This position will be in Fort Worth, TX, Palmdale, CA, or Marietta, GA.
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with technical planning and team integration on a complex engineering development project
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
10+ years' professional experience
Desired skills
Excellent communications skills and a cross-functional integration approach
Hands-on recent program integration experience with air or space vehicle development, build, test, and sustainment
Demonstrated experience clearly communicating complex situations to senior and executive leadership
Experience with Agile PM methods and Open Plan, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools
Understanding of applied earned value techniques

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $128,400 - $222,640. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
