  • Participate in on-call rotations; drive reliability improvements through SLIs, SLOs, and blameless postmortems

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software development experience with production-grade systems
  • Proficiency in one or more of: Node JS, Python, Java, or Go
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services - Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Run, GKE, or Vertex AI
  • Experience building or integrating SMS/RCS messaging systems (10DLC, short codes, toll-free, or carrier APIs)
  • Familiarity with TCPA compliance requirements and consent/opt-out system design

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Vertex AI Agent Builder, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agentic frameworks
  • Knowledge of RCS Business Messaging (RBM) or Google Jibe APIs
  • HIPAA-aware development practices in a health care environment
  • Google Cloud Platform Professional certifications (Cloud Developer, ML Engineer, or equivalent)
  • Experience with real-time streaming (Pub/Sub, Kafka, Dataflow)
