Senior Data Analyst

Chicago, IL. – Hybrid

Candidates will have to take a Glider Test

Technical Requirements:

  • Python/PySpark: Experience using Databricks or Jupyter Notebooks.
  • SQL: Experienced in data manipulation and data retrieval.
  • AWS: Experience with S3 for data consumption.
  • Snowflake: Hands-on experience with cloud data warehousing.
  • Linux/Unix: Comfort with the basics of shell scripting to navigate and automate.
  • Dashboarding: Experience with any visual reporting tool (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, etc.).

Additional Considerations:

  • Prior Capital One Experience: This is a plus; knowing the internal ecosystem and tools saves a ton of ramp-up time.
  • Proactive Learner: I need someone who doesn’t wait for a manual and can pick up new tools/processes on the fly.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to take a problem and run with it without constant hand-holding.
