Job description
Client is helping our client find a Scene QA Operator to join its team.

In this role, you'll support dataset development for simulation, helping test software performance across a wide range of scenarios. You'll work closely with internal teams and select customers to audit logs for content quality, accuracy, and usability within the simulation environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards

As a Scene QA Operator, you'll:

Generate Data:
  • Curate and validate data used in simulation evaluations.
  • Identify gaps in data requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Develop expertise in the simulation pipeline to triage issues as they arise.
  • Support analysis of pipeline-generated data as needed.
Strengthen Workflow:
  • Create and maintain documentation to support processes and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
  • Flag inconsistencies and propose solutions to improve processes.
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify deficiencies and measure improvements.
Ideal candidate profile
One skill our team is lacking that would be helpful is someone with Dashboarding skills to improve our visualization and metrics thru big query and mode.
Daily tasks
Generate Data: - Curate and validate data for use in simulation evaluations - Identify gaps in requirements for curating data and drive consensus with stakeholders to resolve them - Become an expert in our simulation pipeline so you can triage issues as they arise - Support analysis of the data generated by the pipeline, when needed. Strengthen Workflow: - Be proactive in generating supplement documentation where missing - Advocate for improvements that decrease dependence on manual effort or improve quality - Flag inconsistency and propose solutions - Monitor performance so that deficiencies can be found and improvements can be measured.
Required skills
- Understands QA/QC fundamentals - 2-3 years of Data Entry, Annotation, Labeling, or similar work - Experience owning the quality of a process or system - Familiarity with Slack, GSuite, and Jira - Prefer candidates with - background in Auto or Tech, particularly in simulation - intro python, sql, dashboarding skills (Mode) - No degree is required
