Requirements:

1.       Proven SailPoint ISC or IdentityNow project management experience
a.       ISC is SailPoint’s SaaS version, not SailPoint IIQ which is SailPoint’s legacy on-prem version
2.       Able to drive roadmap execution, application onboarding, access certification campaigns, joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle delivery, Jira-based backlog management, vendor coordination, and executive-ready status reporting
3.       Strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to keep a complex transformation program moving

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of an enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation built on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This is a 12-month, full-time contract engagement, providing continuity of program execution during a leadership transition within Information Security. The successful candidate will own day-to-day delivery of an established 18-month SailPoint ISC internal product roadmap, advancing the organization''s identity governance program.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the 18-month SailPoint ISC roadmap: planning, sequencing, execution, and reporting against milestones and business outcomes.
  • Manage scope, schedule, dependencies, budget inputs, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions) across the program.
  • Coordinate internal engineering, IAM operations, application owners, and external system integrator / SailPoint delivery partners to keep work streams on track.
  • Run agile and hybrid delivery ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, demos) and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
  • Ensure readiness for production go-live and lead the execution of the joiner/mover/leaver go live.
  • Drive continuous onboarding of applications into ISC through a repeatable intake-to-production pipeline.
  • Plan and operationally support access certification campaigns for onboarded applications and mover events.
  • Deliver joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle automation, with emphasis on mover-event access recalculation and event-driven certification triggers.
  • Prepare for enablement of self-service request-for-access capabilities in ISC as the roadmap progresses.
  • Produce clear, executive-ready status reporting for InfoSec leadership and program sponsors.
  • Serve as the delivery point of contact across security, IT, application, HR, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with the organization''s security, audit, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of project/program management experience, including senior-level delivery of enterprise IAM / identity governance (IGA) initiatives.
  • SailPoint ISC project management experience is required.
  • Direct delivery experience with core ISC capabilities: application/source onboarding, access certification campaigns, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to run or support access certification campaigns end to end.
  • Strong command of both agile and traditional delivery methods.
  • Experience coordinating external system integrators / SailPoint delivery partners.
  • Hands-on experience managing delivery in Jira.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level status reporting.
  • Able to work core business hours in U.S. Eastern Time; based remotely or in Louisville, KY.
