Description

• Lead development efforts to establish and implement new application systems.

• Engage in Agile processes with a focus on test-driven development.
• Operate with minimal supervision and lead a team of developers.
• Experience in financial or banking sector preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic influence over resources, budget, and planning.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and contribute to defining standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise web applications and design patterns.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and database technologies.
• Proficiency in development tools and environments.
