Key Responsibilities:
- This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform.
- Play a key role in shaping the way client communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Ensures user-friendly messaging for design flows, helping applicants, clients, and/or Teammates securely and seamlessly complete banking tasks with confidence and ease.
- Critical Screening Questions and Answers:
- How do you balance clarity, compliance, and speed when working on transactional or regulated flows?
- What's one piece of financial content you've seen confuse users? How would you improve it?
- Are you able to commit to working 5 days in the office?
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: Content design, UX Writing, Figma.
- 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, digital marketing, copywriting, or related field - Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Ability to lead complex content strategies and translate ambiguous requirements and constraints into clear, scalable content patterns.
- Experience in financial institutions, specifically retail banking_x000B_- Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro.
