Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong AI/GenAI experience to drive the development of intelligent, data-driven products.

This role requires someone who can translate business problems into AI-powered solutions, work closely with engineering and design teams, and deliver impactful products. The ideal candidate combines product thinking, technical understanding of AI, and strong execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for AI/GenAI initiatives
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and use cases
Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to build AI-powered features
Prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and user value
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on vision and outcomes
Monitor product performance and optimize based on data and feedback

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in product management
Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI products in recent projects
IVR experience
Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and use cases
Experience working with engineering and data science teams
Ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LLMs, prompt design, or AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, etc.)
Background in technical or data-driven products
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
