Job Summary As a Product Manager (Technical), you will bring 4-6 years of experience in Product Management-Technical , Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in a technology-driven environment. Proven expertise in writing epics and user stories, breaking down complex business requirements into actionable functional/user requirement for development tasks. Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence etc) with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Work with business product management stakeholders to translate strategic business objectives into functional and user requirements, ensuring all aspects are clearly defined and traceable.
- Author epics, features, and user stories with well-structured acceptance criteria and supporting documentation that reflect the voice of the user and align with business goals.
- Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements, address dependencies, and validate technical approaches during planning and development.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user flows and interfaces reflect real-world use cases and business logic.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, and release readiness to maintain a steady flow of deliverables that meet definition of done.
- Participate in impact assessments and help prioritize initiatives based on business value, complexity, and dependencies.
- Contribute to documentation standards, templates, and tools that make requirement capture and story writing more consistent across teams.
- Engage in technical discussions with engineering to balance ideal user experience with scalable implementation.
