Duration: 24 Months

Target senior program management candidates with 8+ years of enterprise-level experience leading large cross-functional programs. Prioritize expertise in program strategy, budget management, risk management, governance, and vendor management.

• 10+ years of Principal level project/program management experience.
• Led system implementations or business transformation programs, Experience leading governance forums, steering committees, or executive reporting.
• Healthcare, health plan, payer, insurance, TPA, PBM, claims, enrollment, or benefits administration.
• Led large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated ownership of program integration across workstreams.
