Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BizOps Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and strong DevOps engineering experience to support mission-critical enterprise financial systems. This is an individual contributor role focused on production support, operational excellence, CI/CD enablement, automation, and business continuity for Oracle EBS financial applications.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth in Oracle EBS technical support, PL/SQL development, workflow troubleshooting, DevOps automation, monitoring, and enterprise integrations, with hands-on support for finance and procurement modules.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EBS Production Support

Provide end-to-end support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 financial ecosystems, including:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Procurement

Responsibilities:

• Daily production support
• Incident triage

Oracle Technical Development & Support

Hands-on technical support across:

• SQL
• PL/SQL

Integration & Customization Support

Support enterprise integrations and custom solutions including:

DevOps Engineering

Implement and manage DevOps practices including:

Batch Processing & Workflow Support

• Monitor and troubleshoot:

  • PL/SQL execution issues
  • AP / PO approval processes
• Ensure operational reliability and timely job execution.

Monitoring & Observability

Work with enterprise monitoring platforms including:
