Job Title: STIBO STEP WebUI Consultant:
Location: Frisco, TX (Remote ok)
Duration: 6+ Month
Job Description: 8-10 years experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions with a strong focus on designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces and workflows within the STIBO STEP Master Data Management (MDM) platform, ensuring seamless data governance and usability for enterprise clients.
Experience in implementing MDM solutions, with at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
UI Development & Configuration
o Build and customize STEP WebUI components for business users.
o Configure workflows, portals, and dashboards to streamline data management.
o Implement business rules, actions, and validations within the STEP platform.
Workflow & Process Management
o Design and enhance STEP workflows to support enterprise MDM processes.
o Provide ongoing support for enhancements, break/fix work, and continuous improvements.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integration & Technical Work
o Develop integrations using SOAP/RESTful web services.
o Work with XML, XSD, JSON, and JavaScript for STEP configurations.
o Ensure scalability and performance of STEP solutions across large datasets.
Collaboration & Consulting
o Partner with solution architects and business analysts to deliver well-designed configurations.
o Conduct requirements workshops and provide expert guidance on STEP best practices.
o Support enterprise-wide data governance initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise
o Strong knowledge of STIBO STEP MDM platform, especially Workflow and WebUI modules.
o Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and related technologies.
o Experience with pattern matching, regular expressions, and API development.
Consulting & Communication
o Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Experience in Agile environments and enterprise-scale projects.
Preferred Background
o Hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
o Prior consulting or solution architecture experience.
o Familiarity with SQL and data modeling concepts.
