You ll oversee end-to-end delivery of Epic implementations spanning software, hardware, workflows, and 3rd-party integrations. REQUIREMENTS:
- Seasoned healthcare technology leader with 7-10 years of progressive program or project management experience, healthcare IT and/or large integrated delivery networks (IDNs) highly preferred
- Established track record of spearheading large-scale clinical system rollouts, with a particular emphasis on Epic module implementations including Cupid (Radiant, OpTime, etc. are highly preferred)
- Subject matter expertise in project and program management frameworks with the proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase IT initiatives from kickoff to go-live, all while staying on time and within budget
- 5+ years of application integration experience partnering with 3rd-party vendors and consulting partners; must have executive communication and relationship management skills to foster external relationships and integrate them into broader project strategies
- Strong leadership in both traditional and Agile methodologies, with the ability to flex between Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid models depending on project needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Agile or Project Management certifications
- Experience with Epic s project management methodologies including readiness assessments, workflow mapping, validation sessions, training coordination, and go-live support
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the charge in delivering transformative clinical technology by overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the Epic Cupid module from integration and testing to go-live and beyond
- Navigate complex organizational dynamics by collaborating across committees, departments, and cross-functional teams to proactively manage risks, align priorities, and remove barriers
- Orchestrate IT collaboration to support mission-critical clinical and operational functions bringing together application teams, infrastructure, and support services for a seamless delivery
- Partner closely with technical project leadership to ensure timely procurement, setup, and deployment of all hardware and infrastructure required for system readiness
- Champion innovation and operational excellence, ensuring that every step of the implementation enhances clinical workflows, improves patient care, and aligns with organizational goals
