Summary

Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the Quote to Cash (QTC) and Finance workstream for a strategic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration initiative. This role is responsible for driving the requirements, design, and delivery of the integration and onboarding of an acquired company's business processes and systems into our existing CRM and SAP ERP platform landscape.
You will act as the primary product owner for QTC and Finance capabilities during the M&A integration, partnering closely with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and the acquired company's stakeholders to ensure a seamless, compliant, and minimally disruptive transition onto our platform.
Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for Quote to Cash and Finance integration as part of the M&A initiative, from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
Lead requirements gathering and gap analysis between the acquired company's current QTC/Finance processes and systems and the target state on the parent company's CRM and SAP ERP platform.
Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Order Management, Revenue Accounting, Legal) to define future-state business processes for quoting, pricing, order booking, invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and financial close.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering, SAP, and CRM configuration teams.
Define and manage the data migration and integration strategy for customer, contract, pricing, product, and financial master data moving from the acquired entity's systems to the target platform.
Collaborate with SAP FI/CO, SD, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce/MS Dynamics) functional teams to ensure requirements are correctly configured, tested, and validated.
Identify and manage cutover, data conversion, and dual-run (parallel processing) requirements to ensure business continuity during transition.
Own the product backlog for the workstream, prioritizing based on business impact, integration timeline, compliance deadlines, and dependencies with other M&A workstreams (e.g., Order Management, Billing, Tax).
Partner with Finance and Controllership to ensure statutory, tax, revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15), and audit requirements are met throughout the integration.
Coordinate UAT planning and execution with business SMEs, ensuring test scenarios reflect real-world quote-to-cash and finance transaction flows.
Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting to the M&A Integration PMO, executive sponsors, and cross-functional leads.
Support change management and training efforts to prepare acquired company employees and internal teams for the new platform and processes.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans in a fast-paced, deadline-driven M&A environment
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Acquired company's Quote to Cash and Finance processes are fully mapped, gap-analyzed, and integrated onto the target CRM/SAP platform within the defined M&A integration timeline.
Minimal business disruption during cutover, with clean data migration and validated financial reporting.
Strong cross-functional alignment between Sales, Finance, IT, and the acquired company's teams.
Clear, well-documented requirements and traceable delivery from business need to tested, deployed functionality
